The customer assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. To prevent loss of your product through shipping damage, theft of package (door theft), select the insurance option during checkout to cover any loss or damage. If you choose to not purchase insurance ECBlend, will not be able to refund, reimburse, or resend packages that are lost or damaged. Be sure to select the appropriate dollar value to cover the cost of your order.
After your order has been completed you will receive an email notification that you order has been shipped. Please allow for 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated online. Tracking information is available through our website under ‘Order Status’ in the ‘My Account’ section of our website (Click here to access My Account)
Orders shipped by USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail include a Tracking number. USPS orders can be tracked at USPS TRACKING

You will be required to certify your age when placing your order. If we have reason to believe you may be under the legal age in your state, you may be required to send a copy of your proof of age before your first order is fulfilled. Please read our Age Verification Policy (Note: Some states now require Adult Signature Verification on delivery)
Order can be shipped to one of our retail store locations for pickup. Currently available to Southern Oregon customers, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. If your zip code is in our delivery area, you will have an option to select a local store for your order to be delivered to. When your order is ready for pickup the local store selected will contact you by phone (Proof of ID will be required at pickup)
Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the actual weight and dimensions of items in the order, tare calculations, tracking number, and delivery location.
It is your responsibility to be fully aware of laws regarding the importation E-Liquid/E-Cigarette hardware in your country prior to ordering. ECBlend will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement agencies. ECBlend is unaware of the current laws and regulations outside of the United States. The customer assumes all risk associated with the importation of their order. Tracking information is limited to when the shipment was sent and received by customs for processing. Your are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, VATs, and other taxes/fees imposed by your country. Shipping insurance does not cover products seized in customs.
All of our products are subject to availability of stock. On occasion we may offer to substitute a product for a product of greater or equal value. In the event that your order is subject to substitution, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone.
If you paid for additional insurance during checkout, send an email to HelpDesk and we will assist you with filing a claim (Claims may also be filed online at: USPS Claims). You are required to wait between 7 and 45 days (Depending on shipping method) before filing a claim on lost packages.
If you did not pay for additional insurance but paid for Domestic Priority Mail, USPS now provides insurance up to a certain amount included in the cost of Priority Mail, please visit this link (FILE A CLAIM) to file a claim with USPS.

If you are a wholesale customer, and your shipment has been shipped by UPS, FedEx or Domestic Ground Carrier, call our Customer Service (541) 393-9840 or your wholesale account manager to assist.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Please visit this link (FILE A CLAIM) to file a claim with USPS.
ECBlend is not responsible if items get stuck in customs, take longer than usual, gets lost, or are seized. We will not re-ship international orders.
