ECBlend reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use. Please refer to this page from time to time to review these terms of use and any new information.

How do I join ECBlend Rewards?

Customers with ECBLENDFLAVORS.COM store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.

This program is not available for our brick-and-mortar retail stores. Our retail stores have a separate program. Please see the local store manager for details on in-store programs.

How do I earn points?

To see different ways to earn points, log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom-left of the store.

When do I earn points when I make a purchase?

Points would be earned when "Order Status" is "Shipped". (Excludes sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, partial refunds, free items, items that fail to comply with applicable ECBlend terms and conditions, past purchases, and non-shipped, undelivered, or returned items)

For returned or otherwise refunded items, ECBlend will reduce an Eligible Members Rewards balance (even if the item was returned or refunded after the Eligible Member already redeemed Rewards for such item) and this may result in a negative Rewards balance. ECBlend reserves the right to place a hold or suspend an Eligible Members Rewards account in the Program if a negative Rewards balance is not reversed within 3 months.

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

Log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the right of the store.

What's the minimum number of Reward points I need before I can redeem a reward?

You can redeem points as soon as you have enough for the reward you want.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as coupon codes or store credits that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order). (VISUALLY: The rewards are set up as a red pop-up "ECBlend Rewards" and are located at the right of your screen. Once you log in to your account, you will be able to view this tab and see your available points. If you can not see the tab you may need to switch browsers or use a different device.

Can I transfer Membership Rewards points to another person's account or another email?

No. The points accrued in your account are not transferable to any other person or account.

Do Membership Rewards expire?

No. Membership Rewards have no expiration date. However, points may be forfeited as described in these terms and conditions.

What are Eligible Members?

An "Eligible Member" means an ECBlend customer who meets, and continues to meet during participation in the Rewards Program:

Is a registered member of www.ecblendflavors.com with an ECBlend account in good standing (no hold or suspension) and is a legal U.S. 18 years of age or older with a U.S. registration address tied to his/her ECBlend Flavors account;

Has a valid ECBlendFlavors.com account or successfully signs up for an ECBlendFlavors.com account and such account is in good standing (no hold, suspension, or past due amount);
Accepts these Terms and Conditions and has not opted out of the Rewards Program;
Receives confirmation of registration in the Program from ECBlend Flavors; and
Has not been previously terminated from participation in the Program by ECBlend.

Order Changes.

If a change needs to be made to your order, please note that your rewards points will not be able to be applied to your rewards account. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting the order to our system. The redemption of customer rewards points are final. All sales are final. Due to personal tastes and preferences, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for e-liquid products or rewards points.

Rewards Definition.

Rewards. "Rewards" means a U.S. dollar amount of $5.00 or more which will be given in the form of ECBlend Flavor Reward Points

Other Terms and Conditions

Modification and Termination.

ECBlend reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time by posting amended terms or termination notice on the Eligible Members "ECBlend Rewards" section within ECBlendFlavors.com or ECBlend Help Desk site or by sending an email notice to the email addresses tied to Eligible Participants' ECBlend accounts. Except where stated otherwise, all amended terms will be effective three (3) days after they are posted and/or emailed to you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to opt-out of the Program by going to the ECBlend Rewards page. ECBlend may also terminate an Eligible Members participation in the Rewards Program by sending the termination notice to the email address tied to the Eligible Members ECBlend account. Without limiting the foregoing, ECBlend may suspend an Eligible Members' participation in the Program indefinitely to investigate potential violations of ECBlend's policies without prior notice to the Eligible Member. If ECBlend in its sole discretion believes an Eligible Member has or is using existing ECBlend accounts or creating new accounts in order to circumvent or undermine these Terms and Conditions, ECBlend reserves the right to terminate the Eligible Members' participation from the Program.

Restrictions.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or its equivalents. There are no refunds on rewards. Rewards coupons may only be used once and no changes can be made once the selected rewards have been selected and redeemed. Rewards and coupons may not be combined, only one coupon per order can be redeemed and applied.

Rewards are not applicable to Gift Certificates, PayPal, Store Credit, or wholesale orders.

The Program is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.

Service limitations and modifications.

ECBlend will make reasonable efforts to keep ECBlend's Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. To the extent permissible under applicable law, ECBlend reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the ECBlend Service, with or without notice, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the ECBlend Service or any function or feature thereof. You understand, agree, and accept that ECBlend has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Service, or to provide all or any specific content through the Service. This section will be enforced to the extent permissible by applicable law. ECBlend and/or the owners of any Content may, from time to time, remove any such Content without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability.

ECBLEND, LLC dba ECBLEND FLAVORS "ECBLEND" SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM THE PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. RECIPIENTS OF THE PROGRAM AGREE THAT ECBLEND HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT, OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PROGRAM. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ECBLEND DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO WWW.ECBLENDFLAVORS.COM AND ECBLEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. ECBlend is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Program-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected items; or for transactions and/or emails that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including the inability to access any website associated with the Program, or process any transaction thereon. If in ECBlend's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Program, or if a computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Program, ECBlend reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual connected therewith, to modify or suspend the Program, or to terminate the Program. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Program, the decision of ECBlend shall be final. ECBlend reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any Program at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt by an Eligible Member or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, ECBlend reserves the right to revoke any Rewards and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with the Program via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to redeem the Program is prohibited.

The waiver by ECBlend of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by an Eligible Member or another individual shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent or preceding breach by an Eligible Member or another individual. No waiver by ECBlend of any right under the Program shall be construed as a waiver of any other right. ECBlend shall not be required to give the notice to enforce strict adherence to all terms of the Program.

Governing Law. For purchases made at www.ecblendflavors.com, these Terms and Conditions and the Program will be interpreted by ECBlend, LLC in its sole discretion, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of Oregon. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court in Jackson County, OR.
