Effects of too much nicotine

TOO MUCH NICOTINE AND ITS EFFECTS
Too low or too high

Too Much Nicotine and its effects

If you are coughing when you vape, the culprit could be your nicotine level. Also check your device settings if you are getting harsh throat hits.

18mg+ nicotine levels are high in throat hit and 24mg can be very harsh!

You will know the nicotine levels are too high when:

  • you inhale and the back of your throat burns or feels uncomfortable. This could also be too much PG in the mix, too low of resistance and other reasons
  • you feel dizzy, light-headed or get a headache
  • you experience nausea, vomiting, or break out in a sweat
If you experience any of the above symptoms, you should reduce the nicotine level. Even one strength level is enough to improve the experience.

When your nicotine level is lower than what you are used to, your body will crave the normal dose of nicotine.

This causes some vapers to return to smoking.
